Medical Respite Services
Stepping Stone Ministries Medical Respite Center provides 24-hour residence, meals, transportation and basic medical services. Guests are accepted by referral only after being discharged from a hospital stay, outpatient surgery or treatment in the emergency room.
Our On-Site Services Include:
Private bedroom
Bathroom
Three meals daily
Laundry access
Communal space
Phone and computer access
Transportation to all medical, mental health, and addiction services appointments
Case Management services to assist with community resources and referrals
Weekly medical services for medication management, education, and monitoring
